Please let us know if you have visitors. You are welcome to spend time in the public areas. Only hotel guests have access to the apartments. We kindly ask you to take note of this.
We will of course provide bed linen during your stay.
After booking, you will receive a booking confirmation from us. We require a deposit of €600.00. The remaining balance is due upon arrival.

We accept no liability for accidents or damages of any kind in and around our house. Parents are responsible for their children.
Pets are allowed upon request (for an additional fee).

We accept the following credit cards: Mastercard and Visa. You can also pay for your holiday with us in cash or by debit card. We also accept PayPal.
In addition to our prices, we charge tourist tax of EUR 3.00 per person/day for guests aged 16 and over.
Short stays in our house are possible request stays of up to 3 nights a 10% surcharge .
Subject to availability, we also offer a late check-out (for an additional fee).
In the entrance area you will find event and excursion tips as well as lots of other useful information.
Pitzatl Living is a non-smoking house! Smoking is only permitted on the balconies or terraces, or in front of the house.
Unexpected can always occur. We therefore recommend taking out travel insurance .

Please use your room safe to keep all your valuables secure.
The ski bus takes you to the Pitztal ski resorts free of charge. The bus stop is right in front of the house.
Existing and new direct bookings for 2024/2025:
- For cancellations on the day of arrival, we charge 100% of the total price.
- For cancellations less than 14 days before arrival, we charge 80% of the total price.
- For cancellations made between 29 and 14 days before arrival, we charge 50% of the total price.
- For cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival, we do not charge a cancellation fee.
Therefore, we recommend that you take out travel insurance .
At the entrance area near reception , we will keep you informed about events in the holiday region .
