For your deposit and transfer of the balance before the start of your holiday.
Bathrobes for the children on request. We provide bathrobes as well as bath slippers for the duration of your stay.
We will of course provide you with bed linen during your stay. For a restful sleep, they are changed weekly.
After booking you will receive a booking confirmation from us. The full amount must be paid before arrival.
Existing and new direct bookings for summer 2021 can be cancelled or rebooked as follows (subject to change):
- up to 1 day before arrival: free of charge, from the day of arrival and in case of no-show or early departure: 100%.
Existing and new direct bookings for winter 2021/2022 can be cancelled or rebooked as follows:
- up to 7 days before arrival: free of charge, from 6 days prior to arrival and in case of no-show or early departure: 100%.
We therefore recommend that you take out travel insurance.
On the day of arrival, your room will be ready for you from 4 pm. To make your check-in on site even more pleasant and uncomplicated, you can send us your guest data for the registration form and the guest card in advance.
We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Your children are very welcome with us.
We accept the following credit cards: Mastercard and Visa. You are also welcome to pay for your holiday with us in cash or by EC card. In addition, we accept PayPal.
For a fixed reservation we ask for a deposit of EUR 200,- by bank transfer to our bank account.
Freshly chilled original Tyrolean beer, various lemonades and mineral water are available at all times. We are also happy to offer exclusive wines from our winery as well as from Austria.
With our morning post and at the reception we keep you informed about events in the holiday region. If you have any additional questions, we are of course always happy to help.

In our hotel you can borrow hiking backpacks, hiking or walking sticks free of charge.
Our high-speed W-LAN is available free of charge throughout the hotel. You will receive the password at the reception. Our apartments are also equipped with direct internet access.
Depending on availability, we also offer a late check-out.
We accept no liability for accidents or damage of any kind in and around our house. Parents are liable for their children.
With our passenger lift in the hotel you can comfortably reach the upper floors.
We will be happy to store your luggage for you free of charge both on the day of your arrival and on your departure.
In our daily Morgenpost you will find event and excursion tips as well as lots of other useful information.
Pets are allowed with us on request.

The sauna is a nude area and is reserved for adult guests. Children under 14 years of age are not admitted.
Short stays in our hotel are possible on request, but will be charged up to 3 nights with 10% surcharge.
You have planned another day on the slopes or a hike before your journey home? On the day of departure, showers are available for you in our hotel.
The ski bus takes to the Pitztal skiing areas free of charge. The bus stop is only 100m away from the hotel.
In our ski room with ski boot dryer you will find enough space for your skis, poles & boots.
The Panorama Alpin - Moments is a non-smoking house! You may only smoke on the balconies or terraces or in front of the house.
You can transfer the remaining amount before the start of your holiday or pay on site in cash or with EC card.
Something unforeseen can always happen. We therefore recommend that you take out travel insurance.
Please let us know briefly if you have visitors. You are welcome to stay in the public area. Only house guests have access to the flats. We kindly ask you to take note of this.
In addition to our prices, we charge a visitor's tax of EUR 2.00 per person / day for guests over 16 years of age.
